Category Manager

Job Description: As a Category Manager at Jagdushah International Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to oversee category management, contract negotiation, procurement, and sales activities on a day-to-day basis. You will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing product categories to increase sales and profitability. Your tasks will include analyzing market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to formulate effective category strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to devise promotional plans and campaigns. Managing supplier relationships, negotiating terms, ensuring timely product delivery, monitoring category performance, forecasting demand, and managing inventory levels will also be part of your role. You will work in conjunction with the finance team to develop pricing strategies and conduct regular reviews of category performance.
