Job Title : Category Lead – Food & Beverage Location : Delhi Experience : 5–10 years Function : Category Management / P&L Ownership / Growth Strategy Industry : Food & Beverage /Luxury Consumer Goods Role Overview Goldenbridge Search has been mandated to hire a Category Lead , you will own the end-to-end strategy, performance, and P&L for one of our core product categories. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to scale the category across geographies and channels. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute category growth strategies across GTM, pricing, product assortment, and innovation Lead P&L ownership: monitor revenue, margins, costs, and identify levers to maximize profitability Conduct deep market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and consumer insights Collaborate with R&D/NPD teams to develop, launch, and scale new SKUs Manage channel-wise performance across General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, and D2C Drive marketing briefs in sync with category objectives—positioning, campaigns, activations Lead internal reviews and performance reporting with CXOs/founders Build and mentor a team of category associates (as applicable) Qualifications : 5–10 years of experience in category management, preferably in a high-growth F&B, FMCG, or luxury consumer brand. Proven track record of scaling a specific product category end-to-end Strong commercial and analytical acumen with hands-on P&L exposure Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setup Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate independently and execute with agility MBA or equivalent degree preferred but not mandatory Show more Show less
