Job Description

Job Requirement:

Manage the EVA fabrication products lifecycle, from concept to design and maintain a portfolio in the price range of 200-400 with added features as the price increases.
Key responsibilities include market analysis, vendor development, costing, and managing category performance by scaling winners and culling laggards.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of product merchandising experience in the mass-market footwear industry. A degree from NIFT/FDDI is desirable.
Candidates should be able to build the category from the current 30 Cr to a 50 Cr in a 2 year period, Candidates should have a strong commercial-creative mindset and understanding of cost and margin structure.

Qualifications:

Graduate degree or above in related field. Preferably from FDDI/NIFT.
Experience : 3 - 5 years in Sales/product management/ Category management/ Merchandising or a related role in footwear, fashion or FMCG sector.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market information into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of relevant tools for product management
