Operations & Supply Chain Alignment: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth flow of materials, logistics, and order dispatch. Support timely documentation for shipping, packaging, labeling, and quality inspections. 4. Sampling & Product Development: Manage the development and approval of samples. Coordinate sampling timelines and ensure all feedback is shared and implemented efficiently. 5. Quality Control & Compliance: Liaise with QA/QC teams to ensure production meets buyer standards. Coordinate third-party inspections, audits, and compliance documentation as required. 6. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain order trackers, T&A (Time & Action) calendars, and production status reports. Prepare weekly updates for internal teams and buyers on order progress and delivery schedules. 7. Problem Solving: Proactively identify production or supply chain issues and coordinate solutions across departments. Escalate any delays or risks to the relevant stakeholders and offer feasible recovery plans.
