Category Head - Flavours Fragrances (Naturals)

We are seeking a dynamic BU Head to lead our Personal Care Fragrances

business

in the Flavors Fragrances division.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business development initiatives to expand customer base and revenue.
Drive global/local sourcing strategies ensuring quality, cost, and supply security.
Oversee operations, PL, and end-to-end execution of the BU.
Build strategic partnerships with customers and suppliers.
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities in FF applications.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams for business excellence.

Qualifications:

10+ years experience in
Essential Oils/Flavors Fragrances/Chemicals industry

Strong expertise in
BD, sourcing, and operations
.
Proven leadership, PL management, and team-handling experience.
