Key Responsibilities

Lead business development initiatives to expand customer base and revenue.
Drive global/local sourcing strategies ensuring quality, cost, and supply security.
Oversee operations, P&L, and end-to-end execution of the BU.
Build strategic partnerships with customers and suppliers.
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities in F&F applications.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams for business excellence.

Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in Essential Oils/Flavors & Fragrances/Chemicals industry.
Strong expertise in BD, sourcing, and operations.
Proven leadership, P&L management, and team-handling experience.
