Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough analysis of sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges within the Jewellery-SMR category. - Monitor and track the performance of the MIA brand, including sales, inventory levels, and pricing strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies for the MIA brand. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities. - Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends and benchmark the performance of the MIA brand. - Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders. - Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer preferences to anticipate future opportunities and challenges. Work Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience of 4-5 years as a Category Analyst or similar role within the retail industry. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and precision. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of the Jewellery-SMR category and familiarity with the MIA brand is a plus.
