Cash Application Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cashiering Specialist to manage end-to-end cashiering operations, including bank statement handling, transaction allocation, reconciliations, and client communication. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bank Statement Management: Download, upload, and maintain daily bank statements in the system.

• Transaction Allocation: Accurately allocate debit and credit transactions to respective accounts.

• Bank Reconciliations: Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

• Weekly Fundings: Prepare and process weekly fund transfers as per business requirements.

• Communication: Draft professional emails and handle client calls to address queries or provide updates.

• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and clients.

• Reporting: Maintain and submit periodic reports related to cashiering activities.

Compensation:

• Salary range: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA, based on experience and skills.
