Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Head of MIS, The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of finance and FP&A, and a proven ability to manage and deliver timely, accurate reporting to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive regular reporting processes including:

* Weekly Flash Reports

* Monthly MIS

* Department-wise Profit & Loss Reports

2. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial and business reports.

3. Lead data analysis initiatives to support key business functions.

4. Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data solutions.

5. Continuously improve reporting processes and data presentation for clarity and impact.

Skills Required :

1. Strong financial acumen with a sound understanding of business operations.

2. Proven experience in a similar role managing MIS and analytics.

3. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand business nuances.

4. Expertise in Excel (mandatory).

5. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI is highly desirable.

6. Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
