We’re looking for a passionate and result-driven Career Development Officer to join our growing team in Chennai, Bangalore & Kollam — and we’re looking for immediate joiners! 🚀

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate B2B leads from schools & colleges

Conduct impactful career guidance seminars and workshops

Build and maintain strong institutional relationships

Achieve monthly outreach targets

Take on a leadership role by managing a small team within 1–1.5 months

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of B2B sales/lead generation experience (preferably in the education sector)

Excellent communication, presentation & networking skills

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Leadership potential and team-handling ability

Immediate availability to join
