Job Summary:

Career Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate B2B leads from schools and colleges in Chennai
• Plan and conduct career seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with educational institutions
• Achieve monthly targets aligned with organizational goals
• Support the growth of the outreach team and lead a small team within 11.5 months

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields
• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in B2B sales/lead generation, ideally in the education sector
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
• Strong network with educational institutions in Chennai
• Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
• Leadership potential and ability to manage a small team
