Career Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with Prospective Students: Initiate and respond to calls, emails, and chat inquiries to understand student expectations, learning goals, and career plans.
• Educational Guidance: Break down the various UG/PG program features, curriculum details, skill outcomes, and industry relevance in a clear and relatable manner.
• Admissions Consulting: Support applicants with eligibility clarification, documentation requirements, fee-related queries, and enrollment steps.
• Follow-Up & Engagement: Build trust through consistent follow-ups, nurturing leads from inquiry to successful admission.
• CRM Management: Ensure all student conversations, lead updates, and follow-up actions are accurately recorded in the CRM platform.
• Goal Orientation: Contribute to monthly admissions and counseling targets while maintaining quality, transparency, and student satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0–2 years of experience in counseling, customer handling, or a related field.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent English speaking ability with strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, solution-driven attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
