Key Responsibilities

▪️Provide one-to-one and group counseling sessions to students regarding career opportunities.

▪️Guide students in job applications, interview preparation, and career development planning.

▪️Analyze students’ strengths, skills, and interests to recommend pathways aligned with their goals.

▪️Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international job market opportunities, trends, and industry requirements.

▪️Create awareness programs, workshops, and resources that assist students in understanding how to approach job searches effectively.

▪️Collaborate with the team to design career guidance resources, workshops, and support systems.

▪️Record, track, and monitor student progress, ensuring personalized guidance and follow-ups.

▪️Support in maintaining the quality standards of an international team environment, demonstrating professionalism and adaptability.

Requirements

▪️Proven experience in career counseling, student guidance, or training & development roles.

▪️Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written is mandatory).

▪️Strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand student concerns and guide them effectively.

▪️Knowledge of international career opportunities and job markets, with willingness to learn and adapt further.

▪️Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

▪️Empathy, patience, and a student-focused approach.

▪️Proficiency in MS Office, digital tools, and online communication platforms is desirable.
