Career Counselor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Student Engagement: Connect with prospective students through phone, email, and online chat to understand their academic background, career goals, and learning preferences.
• Career & Course Advising: Provide expert guidance on UG and PG programs aligned with the student’s interests and aspirations.
• Program Briefing: Deliver clear, comprehensive information about course structure, curriculum, schedules, tuition fees, and the overall enrollment process.
• Admissions Assistance: Support applicants through every step of the admissions journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from inquiry to enrollment.
• Lead & Data Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of student interactions and status using CRM tools.
• Follow-ups & Conversion: Drive conversions through timely follow-ups and consistent communication, aiming to meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.

Qualifications :

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in admissions, counseling, customer service, or inside sales
• Freshers wanting to start their career are encouraged to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
