About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Admission Counsellors

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and working professionals about our courses (Data Science, AI/ML, Investment Banking, etc.) and help them make informed decisions.
• Handle 

  inbound and outbound calls

   to explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
• Achieve 

  daily/weekly/monthly targets

   for lead conversion and admissions.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
• Understand the student's requirements and suggest the best program to fit their career goals.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth onboarding of students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

   Graduate in any stream (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent 

  communication and interpersonal skills

  .
• Strong 

  sales and persuasion skills

   with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to 

  handle pressure and meet targets

  .
• Proficiency in 

  MS Office and CRM tools

   (basic knowledge).

• Freshers

   with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
