As a Career Counselor at our company, your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by counseling students and recommending suitable products. You will analyze customers" requirements, offer customized solutions, and strive to achieve sales targets by both acquiring new clients and expanding business from existing clients. It is crucial to adhere to established processes and maintain high-quality standards in all interactions. To excel in this role, we are seeking individuals who are Graduates or Post Graduates with 0 to 4 years of experience in sales, particularly in areas such as telesales, outbound sales, or inside sales with revenue targets. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential, along with exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills. Your ability to build rapport, exude confidence, and communicate effectively over the phone will be vital. You should be comfortable working under pressure to meet targets and embody our core values of Risk-taking, Openness, Ownership, Honesty, and Innovation (ROOHI).
