Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Counsellor to join our visa consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the complete process of applying for foreign education in countries such as Germany, Canada, the USA, the UK, and Australia. You will play a key role in providing expert advice on admissions, visa procedures, and career pathways abroad.

Key Responsibilities

*Provide one-on-one counselling to students and families regarding higher education opportunities in Germany, Canada, the USA, the UK, and Australia

*Guide students through the application process for universities/colleges, including course selection, document preparation, and SOP guidance

*Explain country-specific visa procedures, eligibility requirements, timelines, and documentation needs

*Stay up to date with university requirements, visa rules, and immigration policies for major study destinations

*Assist with filing visa applications and prepare students for visa interviews

*Maintain strong relationships with universities, education agents, and embassy representatives

*Follow up with leads, manage student data in CRM, and ensure timely conversion

*Organise and participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and in-house events

Key Requirements

* Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree (preferred: Education, Business, or Humanities)

* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in overseas education counselling

* In-depth knowledge of admission and visa processes for Germany, Canada, the USA, the UK, and Australia

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

* Fluent in English (additional regional language is a plus)

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Skills

*Prior experience handling Germany admissions (public and private universities)

*Familiarity with tools like SDS, CAS, GTE, SOP formats, IELTS/TOEFL/PTE requirements

*Ability to handle complex or previously refused visa cases
