Key Responsibilities: - Conduct cold calls and digital marketing activities to generate leads and engage potential clients. - Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. - Understand client needs and recommend appropriate training programs. - Give presentations to large crowds to promote our training services. - Achieve monthly revenue targets and exceed client expectations. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in concept sales, preferably in the training services industry. - Strong command of English and local languages. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Knowledge of digital marketing techniques is a plus.
