Job Description

Salary - Upto 40k in handExperience-1+ years (Edtech preferred)Proficiency in CRM tools

This is an on-site full-time role for a Career Counselor located in Mumbai. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling and guidance to students and clients. Day-to-day tasks include assessing individual needs, assisting in career development, managing career plans, conducting student counseling sessions, and regularly communicating with clients to ensure their career objectives are met. The Career Counselor will also organize workshops and career fairs, create tailored career plans, and stay updated on job market trends.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Career Counseling and Career Management skills
Experience in Career Development and Student Counseling
Strong Communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
