About the Role

Care Coordinator

full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara, Gujarat

strong English-speaking and writing skills

Full training will be provided

Key Responsibilities

• Creating staff rotas and managing schedules
• Monitoring and arranging cover for care calls
• Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Addressing and resolving staff and client concerns promptly
• Monitoring staff performance and providing mentoring or feedback
• Managing care plans and conducting regular reviews
• Gathering feedback and implementing service improvements
• Completing additional administrative or operational tasks as required by management

Qualifications

• Any Graduate or Diploma holder
• Previous experience in customer service, support, or a coordination role (highly preferred)
