About the Role The Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of care services by managing staff schedules and monitoring care calls. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with clients, staff, and healthcare professionals. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara, Gujarat . Please note that we are seeking a candidate with strong English-speaking and writing skills , as effective communication is a key part of this role. Full training will be provided , and ongoing support will be available to help you succeed in the role and grow within the organization. Key Responsibilities Creating staff rotas and managing schedules Monitoring and arranging cover for care calls Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Addressing and resolving staff and client concerns promptly Monitoring staff performance and providing mentoring or feedback Managing care plans and conducting regular reviews Gathering feedback and implementing service improvements Completing additional administrative or operational tasks as required by management Qualifications Any Graduate or Diploma holder Previous experience in customer service, support, or a coordination role (highly preferred) Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication in English Problem-solving and decision-making ability Leadership and mentoring capability Attention to detail in documentation and reporting Client service orientation with empathy and professionalism Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing schedules and priorities Teamwork and collaboration within a multidisciplinary care environment IT and administrative skills , including familiarity with digital scheduling and care systems Preferred Skills Experience working in the healthcare or domiciliary care industry Fluency in spoken and written English Equal Opportunity Statement NDH Care Ltd is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in our workforce.
