Key Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Support: Assist patients during outpatient and inpatient visits, providing information, guidance, and support to ensure they receive top-notch care.
  2. Payment Follow-ups: Track and follow up on payments from hospitals and insurance providers, resolving payment-related issues efficiently.
  3. Sales Assistance: Support our sales team with patient engagement and outreach efforts.
  4. Onboarding Hospitals & Doctors: Help bring new hospitals and doctors on board, ensuring smooth integration and documentation processes

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages
  2. Patient-first approach with empathy and understanding
  3. Willingness to travel within your city as needed
  4. Bike ownership mandatory
