The PPC Car Rental Associate is responsible for handling inbound car rental calls from US region, with a primary focus on converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. Communication for this role is required exclusively in English, ensuring consistency and professionalism across diverse customer interactions. The associate prioritizes delivering exceptional customer service while driving revenue and achieving high conversion rates.

Success as a PPC Car Rental Associate is defined by:

  • High Conversion Rates: Consistently converting a significant percentage of incoming calls into confirmed car rental bookings.
  • Revenue Generation: Maximizing booking revenue through effective upselling of additional services and premium options.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Providing exceptional customer service that results in positive feedback and repeat business.
  • Efficiency: Managing calls with speed and accuracy, ensuring minimal wait times and a smooth process for customers.
  • Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance metrics, including sales quotas, customer satisfaction scores, and call handling times.
  • Fluent English Communication: Demonstrating clear, professional, and effective communication in English to engage with a global customer base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Customer Service Sales: Deliver excellent customer service while driving sales by providing tailored solutions and upselling additional services or premium options.
  • Follow Company Guidelines: Adhere strictly to company policies, protocols, and quality standards in all interactions and processes.
  • Maintain Attendance: Ensure regular attendance, avoiding unplanned leaves (No ULs), and meeting schedule adherence requirements.
  • Handle Customer Queries: Address customer inquiries efficiently, offering accurate and prompt resolutions to ensure a seamless booking experience.
  • Build Rapport: Develop trust and positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and product knowledge.
  • Accurate Data Entry: Input booking details and customer information accurately into the system while maintaining data privacy and confidentiality.
  • Adapt to Feedback: Actively participate in coaching sessions and implement feedback to continuously improve performance.
  • Multitasking: Effectively manage multiple tasks, such as navigating systems, listening to customers, and providing solutions simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Address escalations or challenging situations with calmness and resourcefulness, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with company promotions, pricing changes, policies, and competitor offerings to better serve customers.
  • Contribute to Team Goals: Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets and support a positive work environment.

Qualifications :-

  • Educational Requirement: Any graduate.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year Experience in PPC Car Rental Sales. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in PPC car rental sales.
  • Skills:

    Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively and professionally.
