Job Description

Job Summary:
The Restaurant Captain oversees front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth workflow, and coordination between staff and kitchen. They lead the service team, maintain high standards, and enhance the overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate waitstaff, assigning tables and balancing workloads.
  • Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
  • Resolve guest complaints or concerns efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen for timely and accurate food delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining area.
  • Train new staff and monitor performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in hospitality or supervisory FOH role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
