HR Operations Support: Assist in preparing offer letters and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Support induction sessions, collect onboarding documentation, and ensure compliance. Maintain employee files and assist in handling HR-related documentation. Employee Engagement & Support: Help address day-to-day employee queries in coordination with the HR Manager. Support exit formalities including exit interviews and clearance documentation. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory). Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment or HR coordination. Key Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
