Campus Placement Consultants

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with

  hospitality colleges

  (IHMs, hotel management institutes, and hospitality schools) across India for organizing placement seminars and workshops.
• Coordinate with college placement cells and faculty to

  schedule and manage seminars

  showcasing our International Placement Programs.
• Represent the company during seminars and coordinate with the internal team for program delivery and branding.

• Leverage personal and professional networks

  to expand outreach and maximize participation from students and institutes.
• Ensure a

  minimum of 50 qualified candidates

  (as per defined role parameters) attend each seminar.
• Build and maintain long-term

  relationships with college management

  , placement officers, and key hospitality recruiters.
• Share timely updates, reports, and feedback with the internal business team to track progress and seminar outcomes.

Compensation Structure:

Fixed Component (Monthly Retainer): ₹10,000

• Paid on a pro-rata basis (minimum 5 seminars per month).
• Covers consultant engagement, networking, and relationship management.

Variable Pay (Per Seminar): ₹15,000

• Payable for each seminar conducted with at least 40 qualified candidates in attendance.

FI Incentive:

• For each candidate who successfully joins the international placement program.

Ideal Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in

  hospitality education, hotel management training, placements, or consulting

  .
• Strong network across

  IHMs, hotel management colleges, and hospitality brands, Study Abroad Partners, Visa & Immigration Partners.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and represent the organization professionally.
• Passionate about career development and skill enhancement initiatives for hospitality students.
