Overview:
The Campus Incharge will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring programs within the campus.
They will coordinate various project activities, manage resources, and ensure the successful delivery of program aligned with the organization's mission and objectives.
Responsibilities:
To Plan, execute, and monitor programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop detailed program plans, collaborate with stakeholders, and identify potential risks.
Lead teams, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with timelines.
Collaborate with potential stakeholders and represent TEACH in events.
Allocate resources efficiently, recruit and manage staff, and ensure the availability of materials.
Establish monitoring mechanisms, conduct assessments, and use data for informed decision-making.
Develop program budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, and communicate progress transparently.
Prepare regular reports on status, including programs and operational metrics, and submit them to relevant parties.
Identify training needs, facilitate capacity-building initiatives, and foster a learning environment within the team.
Requirements:
Master's degree (e.g., MBA, Project Management) required.
Proven educational sector experience.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
