Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Duties: 1. Develop and implement engaging English language content. 2. Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate a variety of instructional strategies to promote active participation and critical thinking. 3. Deliver effective English language instruction using diverse teaching methods. 4. Utilize a variety of assessment tools and techniques to measure student understanding and progress, providing timely feedback to support growth and achievement. 5. Develop a positive environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey. 6. Utilize technology to enhance English language learning experiences. 7. Establish a positive and structured classroom environment for effective language acquisition. 8. Maintain accurate records of academic performance, attendance and other relevant data. 9. Generate and analyse reports to assess the effectiveness of academic programs. Key Competencies: 1. Subject knowledge. 2. Strong command on the English language. 3. Effective communication skills. 4. Adaptability to diverse student needs. 5. Pedagogical skills. 6. Basic MS knowledge. 7. Classroom management abilities. 8. Readiness to learn Indian Sign Language (ISL) is essential. (Training provided) 9. Prior knowledge of ISL is preferred.
