We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Intern to support our recruitment efforts and play a key role in Campus Collaboration Program. This is a dual-role internship that combines Human Resources and Sales/Outreach functions—perfect for someone looking to gain experience in both talent acquisition and program promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and reach out to potential Colleges for the Campus Collaboration Program.

● Follow up with leads and convert interest into confirmed participants.

● Handle recruitment for specific job categories as per organizational requirements.

● Assist in screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews with candidates.

● Maintain detailed records of outreach, enrollments, and hiring pipelines.

● Collaborate with internal teams to align program goals with hiring needs.

● Support employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.

Requirements:

● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Strong communication and persuasion skills.

● Comfortable with both people interaction (HR side) and target-driven outreach (Sales side).

● Familiarity with job boards, CRM tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.

● Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
