Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Online Campaign Specialist to lead and execute our paid digital marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on performance data, understands user acquisition strategies, and wants to drive measurable impact in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to maximize ROI and lead generation
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates
• Generate detailed campaign performance reports and actionable insights
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure messaging aligns with audience targeting strategies
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in PPC and digital advertising

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, etc.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in real estate digital marketing is a plus
