About Business Unit

Role-

We are looking for a Biddable Media Manager who can drive subscription growth by managing and optimizing all biddable media channels across web and app.


  • The candidate will plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, UAC), Meta Ads, programmatic platforms and other biddable environments.


  • They should be able to independently design media strategies, manage budgets, build experiments, optimize funnels and deliver strong ROI.


  • The role requires hands-on experience with performance campaigns, audience segmentation, A/B testing and full-funnel optimization.


  • A strong command of analytics is essential, including GA4, Firebase, MMPs such as Appsflyer or Singular, conversion tracking and attribution flows.


  • The candidate should be comfortable analyzing data, generating insights and presenting performance updates to leadership.


  • The role involves close collaboration with product, design, brand, CRM, and engineering teams to improve landing experiences and user journeys, as well as managing platform partners to ensure best practices.


  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment are key.


Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in biddable media and performance marketing.
  • Expert understanding of web and app campaigns, analytics, attribution and optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
