Job Description: As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to work hands-on with marketing automation tools to deploy email campaigns and manage CRM and automation tools. Your role will involve a good understanding of Digital Marketing, particularly in email marketing and social channels. Proficiency in HTML from an execution perspective is essential for this role. You will collaborate with Onshore Marketing Managers to define metrics, measure, track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaign performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining and implementing new marketing automation methodologies to maximize efficiency. Your ability to effectively collaborate with clients, think creatively, and solve analytical problems will be crucial in this role. Primary Skills: - Undertake Salesforce, Pardot marketing database clean-up to enrich and update data integrity. - Develop and execute campaigns for account-based marketing, lead generation, lead nurturing, and demand creation programs in Salesforce.com and Pardot application, aligning with campaign objectives. Secondary Skills: - Strong client-service orientation. - Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multitask, and work within tight deadlines.
