Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, located in South Delhi. The Caller will be responsible for handling incoming calls, reaching out to potential clients, and providing information about our services. Daily tasks include managing and updating client profiles, setting up meetings, and maintaining confidentiality. The Caller will also assist in understanding client preferences and matching them with suitable profiles. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Experience in client handling and customer service Ability to manage and update profiles efficiently Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of confidentiality practices and data protection Proficiency in using communication and CRM software Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred Show more Show less
