About the Role

BrandBoost Marketing is expanding its sales division for our Canadian client, Zone247.

We’re looking for confident and disciplined cold callers who know how to turn conversations into results.

This role is for individuals who take ownership of their goals, stay consistent, and believe income should reflect performance—not hours worked.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients (training and scripts provided)

• Explain service offerings clearly and close deals

• Maintain accurate call records and weekly performance reports

• Hit your monthly target to unlock your fixed payout

Compensation

• 20 confirmed deals: ₹10,000 minimum payout (unlocked after meeting target)

• ₹300–₹500 commission per additional deal

• Average earners: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month

• Top performers: ₹50,000+/month

Performance is rewarded. Consistency is respected. Excuses don’t count.

• Confident in English communication

• Strong follow-up and closing skills

• Prior cold calling or BPO experience preferred

• Reliable internet, phone, and headset
