Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for a Caller. The Caller will be responsible for making and receiving calls to and from clients, understanding their requirements, and setting up meetings with potential matches. Day-to-day tasks include updating client profiles, providing information about the matchmaking process, and maintaining confidentiality. The Caller will also support the matchmaking team by scheduling appointments and following up with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable matches
• Proficiency in managing calls, client profiles, and scheduling appointments
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
