The Caller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, providing information about loan products, answering queries, and following up on leads. Additional duties include maintaining a database of client interactions, scheduling appointments for loan consultations, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.
