Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our services.
  • Handle inbound customer queries with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions/information.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth issue resolution and lead management.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
  • Freshers welcome; 0–1 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support preferred.
  • Good verbal communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, WhatsApp Web, etc.)
  • Good listening ability, confidence, and convincing skills.
  • Positive attitude and a target-driven mindset.
