Mobiteq Pay is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting company services, answering queries, and generating leads. This role plays a key part in driving customer acquisition and building strong client relationships. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow their career in the telecom and digital services industry. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our services. Handle inbound customer queries with clarity, patience, and professionalism. Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM system regularly. Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions/information. Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth issue resolution and lead management. Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred). Freshers welcome; 0–1 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support preferred. Good verbal communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus). Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, WhatsApp Web, etc.) Good listening ability, confidence, and convincing skills. Positive attitude and a target-driven mindset.
