Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-Caller based in Noida. The Caller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and resolving any customer issues. The role includes maintaining detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and logging relevant information onto the system. Additionally, the Caller will collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
