The Caller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, providing information about loan products, answering queries, and following up on leads. Additional duties include maintaining a database of client interactions, scheduling appointments for loan consultations, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client engagement. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service or sales roles Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling and follow-ups Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and databases Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Basic knowledge of financial products, particularly loans, is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work ``` Show more Show less
