Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, located in Navi Mumbai. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, responding to client inquiries, providing information about our properties, and scheduling site visits. The Caller will maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow up on leads, and support the sales team in achieving their targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in telecalling or customer service roles
• Ability to handle client inquiries and provide detailed information
• Proficiency in maintaining records and using CRM software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a bonus
