We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Call Centre Coordinator to oversee daily operations in our call center. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient call handling, enhance customer satisfaction, and support team performance. Key Responsibilities: · Manage and monitor call center operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service. · Coordinate schedules, assignments, and workload distribution for call center staff. · Provide training and support to new and existing team members. · Analyze call metrics and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. · Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. · Collaborate with management to implement strategies for enhancing customer experience. Qualifications: · Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus. · Strong communication and organizational skills. · Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office Suite. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
