Streamer Onboarding/ Call Centre Executive

What We are Looking For:

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to pitch and onboard new streamers onto the platform.
  • Conduct welcome calls and assist streamers through the setup and onboarding process.
  • Provide guidance, address questions and ensure a smooth handover to the support or relationship team.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and onboarding progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding efficiency and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and added advantage will be experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in any one South Indian language (Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Female candidates preferred.
