We are looking for a detail-oriented Growth associate to join our team and help us unlock insights that fuel product and business level growth for our growing portfolio of apps in India.

Role Overview:

As a Growth associate, you will work closely with Growth managers as well as cross functionally with the marketing, and product teams to scale the market share of our apps across new verticals and new territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify growth opportunities for new business verticals including new markets, partnerships + product innovations
• Develop market entry plans, competitive analysis, and country-specific growth roadmaps. Create processes to scale exponentially in the target markets
• Partner with the performance marketing team to design and execute country-specific marketing campaigns - monitor acquisition cost, conversion, and ROI metrics; optimize campaigns for profitability.

Qualifications:

• Stellar academic background
• 12 years of experience in category growth roles, preferably in a consumer tech / mobile apps / internet business.
• Hands-on experience with

  Excel/Google Sheets

  for quick analysis
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
