We are looking for a Partner Recruitment Executive to help us onboard and manage
potential partners for our platform. You will be the first point of contact for individuals
interested in joining as partners, ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience and
stay engaged.
- Reach out to potential partners who submit interest forms via our recruitment portal.
- Conduct calls and video interactions to explain the opportunity.
- Guide partners through the onboarding process and help resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversion, and engagement.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine recruitment scripts, processes, and targets.
Requirements
- Atleast of 1yr experience in sales, business development, or call center roles (preferably
outbound).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage people over calls/video.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
