  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with emphasis on customer engagement in IT/eCommerce settings

  • Proficient in CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic reporting software

  • Comfortable working in a rotational shift schedule

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Patient, empathetic, and proactive in resolving customer issues

  • Strong problem- solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast- paced IT service environment

  • Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
