We are currently seeking Call Centre Executive / Sr Executive to join our Central Call Centre team at our Noida location. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in managing appointments and calls for hospitals. As a Call Centre Executive, you will be responsible for managing appointments through various sources and handling leads generated from different digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage appointments efficiently and accurately using our scheduling system.
• Handle incoming calls from patients, physicians, and other stakeholders.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information about hospital services, appointments, and procedures.
• Follow up on leads generated through digital sources such as our website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate appointments and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and patient information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
