Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Call Centre Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in setting targets/goals for individuals and teams.
Answer staff queries and provide timely feedback.
Hire and onboard new employees.
Report upper management on problems and issues.
Prepare monthly and annual performance reports.
Anticipate escalations and take over calls as needed.

Job Requirements

Good communication skills.
Energetic and confident personality.
Proficient in English speaking and writing.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Experience in ITES/BPO/KPO/LPO/Customer Service industry is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
