Job Description Job Summary Hiring Call Center Executive with minimum 1 year experience Immediate joiners preferred. Responsibilities and Duties Attend calls from users requesting support for software systems To provide a high level of telephone based and electronic email support to clients and associated services. Report and log all clients issues into the client relation management database/Creating Tickets Anticipation of the calls from the clients, solve the issues faced by the clients and improve client – company relationships. Creating updates, issues and bugs related tickets. Troubleshooting network related issues faced by the clients and solving them. Verifying the software before going to live, kind of support testing which helps the software work fine.
