Opportunity: Position: Community Outreach Expert Location: Metro Hospital, Sector-11, Noida (field work across Noida, Greater Noida & Ghaziabad) Experience needed: 4-5 years organising community or field-marketing activities in these same areas Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Community Engagement Officer. The Community Engagement Officer will be responsible for fostering relationships with community members, coordinating outreach events, and engaging with stakeholders. Daily tasks will include developing engagement strategies, managing community projects, and improving communication between the hospital and the community. KRAs: Plan the monthly outreach events for resident welfare associations (RWAs), schools and companies Set up and run free health camps, doctor talks and awareness sessions Build and maintain a contact list of local RWA leaders, school principals, HR heads and NGOs Handle event logistics – venue booking, branding material, doctor scheduling and basic budgeting Capture event data (footfall, leads, feedback) and share a short report Work flexible hours when events fall on early mornings or weekends Qualifications Graduate in Marketing, Communication, or any discipline related to marketing Practical knowledge of Noida / Gr Noida / Ghaziabad and existing local contacts is a big plus Confident communicator in Hindi & English , comfortable speaking to groups Basic skills in MS Office/Google Sheets for tracking event results Own two-wheeler or ability to travel locally preferred Proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement and Communication skills Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Interested?
